Hey there! Thank you for showing up. My name is Mark Schilling, and I'm a functional health coach with a forte in coaching high-performing individuals to peak health and performance.

I'm the founder of Human Apex and focus on effectively improving my client's health by combining my expertise in training, nutrition, recovery, supplementation, and lab testing. This has seen me go overboard to start the Human Apex program.
